Our team has built custom budgeting and forecasting dashboards using CSV exports and Google Looker Studio. While this provides some visibility, there’s still a significant amount of manual work involved—particularly in updating data, aligning forecasts with timelines, and tracking real-time budget vs. actuals across projects.
We’d love to see native budgeting and forecasting tools within ClickUp, ideally integrated with time tracking, custom fields, and dashboards.
