Since the Time Tracking does not stop when you close your browser, and sometimes it does not update all tabs that may be open, it would be very helpful to have an alert sent to an individual's manager and administrators when a timer exceeds a configurable threshold (i.e. 8 hours). It's amazing how many times where I see that somebody was working on a task for 65 hours straight - such dedication. Such an alert should allow anyone receiving the notice the ability to stop the timer and then edit it. Currently, when a timer is running, it will not show up in any dashboard card (or the Timesheet) and only the user can stop it. This is especially bad when the time is billable.
