Feature Requests

I would like to be able to assign permissions at the SPACE level. For example: TECH SPACE - TechServices Google Group has write access. Principals Google Group has COMMENT access. Cabinet Google Group has READ access. That way, every newly created project has 99% of the correct permissions going forward as we create them and we don't have to add 20 people to every new Project.

I would love to add complete teams to folders or lists or even spaces. Now I have to add every single person seperately. It costs a lot of time. Would be much easier to use teams for sharing and giving specific permissions. Please add this feature soon. :)

When searching accounts for patients, too slow.

After creating groups of users with Teams, I was surprised that I can not use "Teams" to share a Space with a group of people. This would be a great place to manage permissions by Group instead of having to select individual users.

We are looking into using the guest feature with some of our clients so they can be informed of progress on our projects. There are some fields though that i would prefer they didn't see when sharing the tasks with them. is there a way to do that on tasks?

While Admins can access Workspace-wide trash, I'd like Guests and Members to be able to recover files they deleted.

I would want the ability to have a private chat room with my members because some of my members don't have access to social media and because of lockdown due to COVID-19 we have to use email and that would take slower amount of time. So, I really wish to have this in ClickUp in the future! Thx

In the unlimited plan the 4 roles provided for members either offer too much too little permission to be truly useful. Therefore, my request is to change the Edit permission to allow the creation of sub-tasks and to remove the ability to change due dates.

I would like to be able to set an expiry date on public shared links so that I don't have to remember to disable them.

Our workflow is based on multiple dropdown custom fields with fixed options. Some of our members keep changing those options which makes a mess in our data. I believe this should be allowed only for admins or some new specific permission, but regular members should be able to only choose from a predefined list. Also making custom fields mandatory/required is something missing that would fit our workflows.
