From support ticket: the ability to update sharing and permissions of tasks and Lists in bulk. The Multitask Toolbar would be a great way to allow one to change permissions sharing on multiple tasks or Lists at once.

For every new user that joins the Team I want him to have a certain permission inside a public Space/Project/List. I have a team with spaces splitted by sectors. The new user would see everything that is public to the team and his permission today allows him to do anything he wants on other tasks. I want it to be public so anyone can be flagged (@) and even set as watcher. If it was private, I would have to invite all this new users to it and set permissions one by one. I don't want every new user from another sector to be able to change tasks from my sector, only see/comment or edit if needed. Setting default permission for new users in a public space would let me "rest", not needing to check if there's any new user with full permissions every week.

Would be great to generate a link for proofing with a client. Allowing the client to comment, approve, reject, etc. All without them creating an account. Even better if they can be emailed directly from the Clickup UI. But I would be happy with a copy-paste unique link to get started.

From support ticket: Is there a way for me to claim ownership of folders where we had someone help out by setting them all to private with specific sharing permission. (I'm already a full member on the folders)

It would be AMAZING if folders shared from a different account's workspace could be shown in my CU account as well. It's difficult that for each client, I have to log into a different account. It would be neat to have shared folders shown in a "shared with me" section.

I would like to be able to set permissions to spaces, folders and lists by teams, without having to adjust individual access rights manually. I have experienced a lot of bugs and it's very frustrating for my teams.

Rather than subtasks always inheriting sharing setting from their parent task it would be really handy to be able to share with guest users at subtask level without fully sharing the parent task. Either by showing limited info for the parent task, or nothing at all.

I’d like to have a screen that shows all permissions for a specific user—starting from the space level and going down to folders, lists, tasks, and subtasks. For example, I want to see that a user has full access to a space, view-only access to a folder within that space, edit access to a list inside the folder, and visibility into specific tasks or subtasks (with the ability to expand and collapse per level to see details). This would help ensure the user has the right level of access throughout the entire workspace.

It would be perfect if there is a preview for the other users view, so we can (as an admins and owner) be able to preview the other users view and see what they can see what they have access to, etc...

I'm an Admin of Business plan. I can't reset a member password, I can't reset 2FA method. The only 2 options I have is: resend invitation cancel invite. This is ridiculous. Why admins have so few options to manage user's accounts?... An admin should have rights to: reset password reset 2FA remove 2FA change user email change user name
