I'm used to attach a reminder to most tasks in order to deal them before due date, if possible. Unfortunately it seems not possible to see from inside a task (or at least from a list view as custom field) if a reminder is already attached to the task. So, it frequently happens that I attach, not only a reminder to a task, but two or three. It would be nice to see if a reminder already exists before attach a new one to the same task, without be forced to browse every time all the remainder list that could contain dozen or hundreds of reminders.

It would be useful to be able to go into a task and send a reminder to all assignees or watchers on that task. For example if something is past due and you want it pushed to attention.

I'd like to be able to set up an automation where Reminder is created x days / hours before and after Start / Due date of a task. That would seriously save me a lot of time! Automation should include all Reminder options of delegating etc. I am really struggling to set up a repetitive workflow for recurring Reminders related to a tasks Start / Due date. Would be so great to have a 'days / hours before / after trigger'. Who's with me?

Getting notifications for reminders and delegated tasks is pretty critical. Without it, the quick questions/reminders sent that way will get missed in the shuffle.

When creating a reminder from the three-dot menu using Remind me in Inbox, the calendar pop-up lets me click a day to set the reminder date. However, when I pick a date (without manually picking a time), ClickUp applies a default reminder time of 8:00 AM. Please add a global setting (user-level preference) to configure the default time used for reminders created this way, for example changing it from 8:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Steps to reproduce / current behavior Open any item where the three-dot menu is available. Click the three-dot menu. Select Remind me in Inbox. Click a day on the calendar pop-up (do not change the time). A reminder is created with a default time of 8:00 AM. Expected behavior In personal settings (user-level), allow setting “Default reminder time” (for example, 7:00 AM). When a reminder is created by selecting only a date, ClickUp should use that default time. Why this matters (use case) I create reminders daily and want them to appear at the start of my workday. 7:00 AM fits my schedule better than 8:00 AM, and adjusting the time manually each time adds friction. Suggested implementation details (optional) Setting location: Personal Settings (or Reminders/Inbox settings). Default should respect the user’s timezone. Apply to “date-only” reminder creation flows (including “Remind me in Inbox”); do not override when a time is explicitly chosen.

Would love to be able to create reminders within Docs / Pages and have those reminders land in Inbox for consolidated view.

I’d love to see ClickUp integrate with Apple Reminders, allowing tasks created through Siri (e.g., “Hey Siri, remind me to…”) to sync directly into ClickUp. A big part of my daily workflow happens on the fly, especially when I’m away from my desk. Using Siri to quickly capture thoughts or tasks is incredibly efficient, but those reminders currently live outside of ClickUp and require manual transfer later.

Reminders in ClickUp 4.0 need to be reworked: It is not sufficient if they are only shown in Inbox. They need to be (at least) shown in the Agenda dashboard card, too.

Hello all. As a carpenter, I want to set reminders for certain checklist items I need to do in order to complete a task. Currently I cannot do this. This is a pain because if I have a lot on my checklist for a given task, than I have to sift through everything to find the one reminder I'd ideally like to set for the one checklist item.
