Pain point: Reminders are hard to find. After creating them, they only live inside the Inbox and you have to apply filters just to see them — it's cumbersome. On mobile it's even worse: there's no badge count, and sometimes it feels like the records aren't even there.

Solution: Pull Reminders out into a dedicated, independent feature across all platforms — mobile, web, and desktop. Give it its own clear entry point, a proper list view, and badge counts so nothing gets lost.
