Add a function for administrator can edit profile of membres (name, avatar, email...) and list of privileges

I want to assign tasks to colleagues, but not all colleagues can see all spaces, thus it would be nice to see what spaces those could see.

I think a feature to see where users are logged in or recording activity from would be useful for managers - to see if people are using the mobile app or the browser for example.

"User Landing Page" that would contain high level info relevant to the user: i.e. Quick overview of open assigned tasks / sub-tasks / comments / reminders --> with links to filtered results that would list the above at detailed level info about upcoming milestones conversations snippet view view of most recent notes / docs / drafts --> with links to those notes / docs weekly calendar view recent activity overview - while you were gone section bookmarks etc... Not sure what the plan for dashboards is, but if they prove to be flexible and if the custom filters could be placed on them, then the above could be accomplished with dashboard.

I would like to request the ability to add custom fields to user profiles in ClickUp, in addition to the standard email address. For example, it would be extremely helpful for our organization to include a business phone number directly in the profile. This would allow team members to quickly find the best way to contact each other, which is crucial for efficient communication and urgent situations. Additionally, it would be valuable to have the option to add a custom URL field, such as a link to a personal “bio page” or employee profile created in ClickUp. This page could contain all important information about the employee, their responsibilities, and other relevant details. Allowing organizations to define custom fields in user profiles would make ClickUp much more flexible and better suited to different company needs. It would also improve internal collaboration and make it easier to find the right person for specific topics or projects.

Add a feature where tasks that have multiple assignees can have individual task completion. For instance, you could create a task that for employees to fill out their annual health insurance enrollment form. By assigning it to the whole team, each person could individually mark the task as complete instead of needing a task for each person. By pulling up the task, you could see who has and hasn't completed the task.

It would be lovely if everyone with a subtask assigned to them showed up as an assignee on the main task, and vice versa. If I have a task that has to go through a few steps and it changes hands/passes off, as each person completes their part, they are removed from the parent task assignee field to better see who actually has action items. e.g. Parent Task 1 comprised of subtasks 1.a - assigned to person A 1.b - assigned to person B 2.a - assigned to person C 2.b - assigned to person D Therefore, the assignees on Parent Task 1 when created would be Person A, Person B, Person C, and Person D. If person B & C complete their subtasks, then Parent Task 1, only shows as assigned to Person A & Person D Right now this isn't capable through an automation either. Thanks!

From docs it appears that the inbox delegated view includes assigned reminders only. I believe it should really function as an “assigned by me” filter. If I altered the assignment it should show up there. You should include a way for the user to remove it, “stop following assignment”, at there discretion. “Assigned by Me” should also be a filter if it isn’t already.

It would be very useful to have a Clients module/section, where we can record: The name and address of the organisation The primary point of contact in that organisation (name, phone, email) And then link the Client to relevant Projects.
