Feature Requests

It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.

It appears that list sorting only applies to the top-level tasks. When I expand a top-level (parent) task to view the nested subtasks (I've got the nested subtasks beta ClickApp enabled so I can have 3 levels of nesting), the nested subtasks do not appear to following the list sorting.

I would like the ability to make tags specific to workspace, space, or lists. My company currently has "Industrial" and "Construction" under a Major Sales space that we report out of. The ability for all of the Industrial relevant tags to not have to be shown in the Construction list and vise versa would clean things up a ton.

As a Product Owner, prioritizing tasks is crucial. Working on a list and identifying whether an item is deprioritized or not makes the "Move to Bottom" and "Move to Top" buttons very handy. Support has mentioned this was removed from 2.0, it would be nice to revive this feature. Cheers! Jops

Currently, when a task is delegated to ClickUp, the original user must be removed as assigned, losing visibility and control, or kept as assigned without a clear distinction of roles. It would be very useful to be able to: Maintain a primary responsibility for the task. Delegate execution to one or more secondary assignees. Have secondary assignees see the task under “Assigned to me”. That the primary manager maintains visibility and control without duplicating tasks. This would better reflect how teams delegate work in practice and would improve clarity, accountability and adoption of the platform.

add back feature to pin favorites to the top menu in 4.0

Allow users to move favorites - when added to the sidebar - just as we can sort/move spaces

Would like to have the ability to generate a table or chart for assignees assigned to a CHECKLIST in a task. That way, we are able to monitor assignees assigned to checklist as well, rather than only on the task level.

Could you implement the support for images in HEIC format (preview/view)? Thanks

Add the ability to omit custom fields when duplicating a task from the task menu or automations.
