It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.

The list template my workplace uses has multiple "01. #####-[specific job here]" tasks, where I have to fill in the project number every time. If there was a search and replace all feature that would make it so much faster. It can't be a batch option because only part of the task titles need to be changed.

Add a setting in the list/view options which allows the settings of a list to be copied and automatically updated from a list in another view. e.g. A list view of a folder, which is inside a space, could be set to copy, or "inherit", any settings from the list view of the everything tab.

Would be nice if we can show up more than 3 tags in list view. I just don't like to click the +1 at the side of the tags to view what tag it is. Maybe at least 5 would be reasonable

Hello. My structure is made up of several spaces, within each space I have folders, and within each folder I have lists. The folders inside the spaces represent my clients. The lists represent projects. I have projects of different types: implementation, development, training, etc. Each project has multiple tasks. I need to be able to view all tasks from all lists (they can be grouped by lists) of a specific type. Is there a way to do this? In other words, categorize the list in some way and use that category as a filter?

When assigning a comment to a user to be resolved it would be good to be able to have an automation triggered by that action. This can be used with clients for example to then trigger a New Task to be created, or update custom fields with from the comment. In the scenario I'm using we ask Questions to the client and get them to approve a resolution. It would be good if the content of the task could be placed into a custom field as a resolution and then the name of the assignee or resolver to go into another custom field so we know who approved it.

Entering chat view on a list, showing last comment and a indicator of number of unread messages. Now, when opening chat view, it opens on first message and you need to scroll down to check are there any new messages. This could be also upgraded by indicator of #comments which were not read on the top of chat view where is the name of the chat. You have similar option for time in status next to statuses. This feature is normal on all the messaging platforms and would help my team a lot to switch completly to clickup without event considering using slack or whatsapp.

Can be cumbersome to select the list every time. Some folders are used more than others in Everything View

task layout is currently frozen and wooden. i need it to fit my application. specifically: --let me change label of Task Name field. eg, Contact Name, Company Name, Product Name, etc. --have no need for the Description Field. either let me hide it or move it to the bottom. --let me move all fields around, not just custom fields. let me put them in any order i want to facilitate data entry.

It would be great in the list view to have a "Select All" button to select all tasks and subtasks in any type of group by option.
