Feature Requests

It would be very convenient to have the ability to have subfolders. I use folders for classifying projects. For example, Projects would be a Folder name. 2019 Projects would be a Subfolder name.

We have a space for internal work and one for each client. Adding a task in a space, then choosing assignee lists out ALL Clickup members, even if they're not a member of the space the task is in. Please, please limit this to listing space members only!

When a condition is met on an item in one list, it should automatically be able to trigger actions (such as creating, updating, or modifying tasks) on related lists. Currently, the only supported action is creating a task in another list, but the vision is to expand this to support a broader range of cross-list automations driven by conditions.

Will we be able to set custom order of folders and folderless lists? Right now it's not possible to place a folderless list above a folder. It's counterintuitive and doesn't allow to customize the workflow. Pretty please :)

Please provide the option to completely hide the default list view in a shared folder. (This could be accomplished by simply making the list private.) There are many use cases where the default list is NOT needed, and where having it in on display only adds to the confusion of guests who are trying to navigate within a shared folder. In addition, please provide the option to "Freeze" a list view. This feature would allow the account owner to keep the list visible, but prevent any guests and/or members from making edits and changes to the shared list.

Would love a feature that keeps the "sort alphabetically" feature even after adding new lists to a folder. So that we don't have to choose "sort alphabetically" every time we add a new list :)

The Overview tab being the first/default tab is pretty annoying. I usually want to land on Task Lists first. Two possible fixes that would solve it:Let us reorder tabs, so Overview can be moved to the back (or at least not forced to be first). If Overview is going to stay prominent, please add a Description / Notes section to the Overview that’s specific to the Space, so it can act as the hub for key info, context, and running notes.
