Ability to add logic inside of logic. For example: Being able to drill into different locations Country>State>City.

It would be wonderful if there was an option for a multiple choice grid in Forms. There is a popular free forms tool that allows this and it is incredibly helpful. (I was shocked to find that ClickUp doesn't have this yet in their forms.) It would be best if it would include the optional ability to select if each row must have a response and if there should be only one response per column or not. See the attached screenshot for an example.

From support ticket: I mistakenly created a form in the wrong list. I am supposed to give a demo to our team but need to move it to the correct list. How can I do this?

Be able to turn off weekend due dates on project request form

I would like to recommend the ability to export form submissions and have the custom fields be exportable as well. We'd like to use a ClickUp form on our website for scholarship applications but need to be able to get all the data they put in the custom fields.

I would like to paste screenshots, etc. inline in form fields (task description or attachment) rather than saving the image and adding it as an attachment.

Users filling out ClickUp Forms cannot currently save draft progress or return later to complete the form. This prevents long or detailed forms from being completed efficiently, especially for external clients. Requesting a native “Save & Continue Later” or auto-save draft functionality to improve completion rates and reduce user drop-off.

Dark mode is there for accessibility - for some it's not just a preference, I have a team member with extreme photosensitivity so this is a must. My team member has to use third party tools to force dark mode in some scenarios, however this does not work for the form background for some reason. Please can dark mode be offered by default where available without having to upgrade plan.
