"anonymous" mode in Forms

Just like Microsoft Forms: settings on the form to collect information anonymously. Created by field should show "clickupbot". Asking team members to go incognito and collect "Happiness survey" every time is painful and inefficient.

This is a must have for our workflows. We request a lot of feedback from stakeholders as Project Managers and not being able to make this anonymous is almost at the point of having to use a different tool for feedback.
