Feature Requests

It would be awesome to have the option to add (embeded) videos and images in forms. Text descriptions are necessary for proper communication. Inserting videos and images would enhance the experience. Video Example: A teacher giving instructions for the next batch of questions. This would feel more interactive and make forms much more interesting.

It would be nice to have a central place to have all the forms displayed and see if they are active / inactive

It would be great to have sections in Forms just like in Google Forms and in Microsoft Forms. Also offer the ability to add logic to jump to a section.

It would be great if there was an option when creating a form to send someone an email when they complete a form in ClickUp. I love how the form fields correspond to fields on a task, but we've had people ask if they can get a copy of the info they submit.

Use forms to update existing tasks fields. E.g in the inventory management template.. Use forms to CheckOut or CheckIn assets into the inventory using custom forms and update the value of stock in background.

I would love to be able to have my client submit a form and create multiple tasks from the form submission. A use case for this is that I have a client who I do social media graphics for. I would love for her to be able to fill out a form with all the details for the headlines etc for each task, and then submit the form and it creates the separate tasks for each set of headlines. That's not currently possible in the current form system, and may also not be possible through integrating with a third party form platform and Integromat/Zapier (that's my next port of call to try).

From support ticket: I mistakenly created a form in the wrong list. I am supposed to give a demo to our team but need to move it to the correct list. How can I do this?

My form is filled out by people who cannot see the aggregate results. They don't know they are making typos in their forms like 12am-1pm instead of 12pm to 1pm... Instead of me reaching out to them every time to explain what their form said, and ask if it was intentional... Can you add a confirmation of some sort... maybe via either inbox notification (in my case, they are asked to assign themselves to the record, so this would be enough for me)... or if it needs to be more broad, maybe an email field or something... Ideally somehow send them (a) a copy of the data they input, so they can see with their own eyes... along with (b) a link or other way to re-submit the data? To be clear-- If it's possible to overwrite the original entry in this case, that would be ideal and completely hands-off for me. Apologies if I've missed a feature or setting that attends to this already. Thank you for all your work on these features!

Would be wonderful to be able to apply different templates to tasks based on the answers given in a form using conditional logic. Example: A form collecting feedback about an app. A question is: 'Are you reporting a bug or do you have a question'. When the user answers 'Report a bug', we create a task with template 'Bug report'. When the user answers 'I have a question', we create a task with template 'User question'.
