We need to be able to create forms using Click Up BrAIn & connected search.

Hey everyone! We've heard feedback from users who want Forms to require authentication before someone can access or submit them. Right now, Forms in ClickUp are public by default and can be accessed by anyone with the link. While this makes it easy to collect responses, it may not meet the requirements of some teams or industries. We're using this post to track interest in a setting that would allow admins to restrict Form access to logged-in Workspace members. restricting selectable users in a Custom Field directly within a Form.

I would like form submissions to be able to be named automatically from the custom field data.

I would like to have data related to public link access. Such as how many people accessed it, by date as well. Why? Google spreadsheets has, in a very simple way, data from visualizations of a spreadsheet, for example. This is important for my operation since I work as a community, and we have some forms that generate this information that are available through public links. It would be interesting just to have an idea of engagement and maybe regions and in the future with more insights about.

Allow inserting a Relationship Field into form view. For example, choose from a list of clients when reporting an interaction.

Use forms to update existing tasks fields. E.g in the inventory management template.. Use forms to CheckOut or CheckIn assets into the inventory using custom forms and update the value of stock in background.

It would be great if there was an option when creating a form to send someone an email when they complete a form in ClickUp. I love how the form fields correspond to fields on a task, but we've had people ask if they can get a copy of the info they submit.

From support ticket: I mistakenly created a form in the wrong list. I am supposed to give a demo to our team but need to move it to the correct list. How can I do this?
