I would think that conditional logic should be applied to the Rating custom field. This is used by me for surveys internally and externally.

It would be great to have sections in Forms just like in Google Forms and in Microsoft Forms. Also offer the ability to add logic to jump to a section.

Hello! I would like to check if it is possible to have a conditional rule below a main conditional rule within the form. For example, I have a main question (What is your area?) , if the answer is “Commercial”, opens a list of questions and, among those questions that were opened, there is another conditional question, to define the next questions. From Support Ticket: User wants to use a Form to create subtasks on a task, rather than a new task in the List

Here is a very common use case for us: A requestor is submitting a task on the ClickUp form: Selects the request type - Email Outreach Adds Due date - 1st July 2025 Error Message: The task due date is not in accordance with the SLA. The suggested due date is 5th July 2025. (This message should show up while submitting the form) Requestor looks at the error message and updates the due date. This helps us receive project submissions which are SLA compliant. Exception: In case it is "Urgent", the requestor will need to update priority as "Urgent and submit it. A message should show up " Your project request is currently under review with stakeholders. Once approved it will automatically be assigned for execution" Regards Prithvi Kumar

From support ticket: I mistakenly created a form in the wrong list. I am supposed to give a demo to our team but need to move it to the correct list. How can I do this?

Allow inserting a Relationship Field into form view. For example, choose from a list of clients when reporting an interaction.
