► As with anything created in business, artifacts often need to be generated in an iterative manner. In the current artifact-generating landscape, each time a new change is made, a new artifact has to be created. This is Why This is a Problem: When attempting to generate an artifact to use as an embed in a dashboard and trying to iterate on it before reaching its final state, we encounter issues. Even once we have finalized the design and structure of the artifact, the very nature of it is something that will need to be updated from time to time. Each time the agent updates that artifact, it generates a new URL for the embed and has no ability to simply update the existing artifact. This is a friction in the workflow that we would all greatly benefit from having removed. Additionally, the edit gear button on these artifacts would greatly benefit from having the conversation—or rather the genesis of its conversation and iteration flow—documented. So, when changes need to be made, you can click on the gear and add the changes that you would like to see implemented. Currently, the way this works is you have to remember where the conversation was with what agent for the artifact and go looking for it, robbing us of precious time that ClickUp gave us back in many other ways. It is needless and can be easily rectified. Artifact Hub: Someone here also recommended that there be a hub for artifacts that shows all of your different artifacts grouped, I would think, by category. They should be able to be grouped, sorted by category, and even filtered by department. That would be a great help as well. Updating artifacts and having them easily updated from an edit field—no matter where they are placed, whether it is in a dashboard, on a whiteboard, or in a message—should be easy. The person who created the artifact, or whoever has editing rights, should be able to click right in, make those changes, and have those changes directly tied to that artifact so you can see how it evolved and what was changed. PS there is no category here for Artifacts. (Seems like an oversight to me...)
