Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

Currently, AI cards require manual updates to refresh their data. It would be highly beneficial to have an option to set an automatic refresh cadence for these cards. At present, refreshing the entire Dashboard does not trigger the AI cards to update. Instead, I need to switch the Dashboard to "Edit" mode and manually click the Refresh button on each AI card individually. This process is time-consuming and could be streamlined with an auto-refresh feature.

We cannot currently pull relationship or rollup fields into Dashboard reporting. We are using relationships & rollup fields to keep regularly updated fields up to date across all lists/tasks (i.e. if a person's manager changes and they're also on our training waiting list, we only have to change the manager in one place but the info flows through to the linked task in the waiting list as well). For example, I'd like to be able group a dashboard chart by manager to see how many people with the same manager are on the waitlist (or from the same team, in the same level, etc.).

The activities of the sectors of the company I belong to are managed in ClickUp. I need to be able to create folders by sector within the panel area to be able to better organize this area. Today I have many panels from each sector and this makes it very difficult to locate the panel you want to consult, especially for the board of directors.

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

If the Milestones column has been selected in the Portfolio Dashboard, the colors and icons of the milestones are displayed there. This overview is already unsorted. If you click on the icons, a list opens. This is also completely unsorted. I'd like a list sorted by title. So that MS01 comes before MS02. This is the only way to correctly report the status of the projects.

I need to be able to schedule a dashboard report to be delivered on a fixed date in the middle of the month every month - this is just not possible. Also I have another which I want to be delivered on the same date every month just in time before another report goes out - but this just isn't possible currently.

The portfolio widget is a great tool but is very limited. It would be helpful if you could add custom fields to align with the way a company utilizes ClickUp and dashboards.

Hello Team, I need guidance on creating a dashboard that tracks historical task delays per employee, not just the current task status. Scenario: A task is assigned to Employee A. The task misses its due date and is marked as Delayed. Later, the task is reassigned to Employee B and eventually completed. Currently, when the task is completed or reassigned, it disappears from delay-based dashboards, or the responsibility shifts. Requirement: I want to permanently capture and report: Which employee caused the delay On which date the task became delayed A count of how many times tasks were delayed by each employee This data should: Remain unchanged even if the task is reassigned Remain visible even after the task is completed Be usable in dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reports Question: What is the best ClickUp-supported way to lock historical delay accountability per user? Is using custom fields with automations the recommended approach, or is there a native reporting feature for historical delay tracking?

It would be great to be able to change the colors of the graphs in the Dashboard view. I have a standard color scheme for To Do, in Progress, and Done statues. Now I'm thinking about changing those colors to match the graphs for consistency.
