Yes, adding a dashboard filter or slicer of some kind that updates the charts, lists, etc. on the dashboard, would be incredibly useful!

This may not sound important as it has a workaround but is actually a bit of a blocker for us opening up to our client base primarily because visually it looks terrible for clients when they see the warning message across the top, as well as the risk of someone forgetting to update the list view filter as well as the dashboard level filters, despite the warning (if it is further down the dashboard).
There is also the efficiency overhead of having to go through multiple locations to adjust filters.
Conceptually, I struggle to understand why this is problematic when the filter mechanism should be similar across the cards.
I previously raised this in a call with Angela Bunner and she was surprised by this gap.

This would be amazing. I would to have a dashboard with a few task widgets that shows task from different lists all related to the same client. Right now I need to make a new dashboard per client. Having a client filter at the top of just a single dashboard would be amazing

Ben Neuwirth same!! i would think this request would have more adoption.

This would be AMAZING for my team! With the way relationships currently work, we're struggling to link everything together effectively. When you go to add a relationship, ClickUp does not show which list the task is in. We have multiple tasks with the same name in multiple lists with different workflows. Instead of using relationships, we've determined to use a dashboard with multiple task lists on it to show all of those same subjects in one place. Except, we can't filter the whole dashboard on the custom field that matches the subject. Staff would need to go one widget at a time to filter, and that's not going to save any time.
Task lists in Dashboards are great, but they seem unfinished (since we can't manipulate them like we would a task view), so we'd love to see more progression with this feature across the board!
