Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

Our team manages tasks across multiple spaces and folders in ClickUp. We use dashboards with task cards to organize and view our work, including cards for “Due Today” and “Due This Week.” However, we use both start dates and due dates to track when tasks are “active,” and we want tasks to appear in our dashboard cards every day from their start date through their due date—not just on the due date. Currently, dashboard task card filters do not support “on or before” or “on or after” logic for dates, nor can we filter for tasks where today falls between the start and due dates. This makes it impossible to see all “active” tasks in a dashboard widget without manual workarounds, which are not practical for our workflow. Request: Please add the ability to filter dashboard task cards by a date range, such as: Start Date is on or before today Due Date is on or after today This would allow us to easily see all tasks that are “in progress” or “active” on a given day, directly in our dashboards, without needing to rely on workarounds or manual updates.

Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

Dashboards are painful to build when you need to relocate widgets. Please improve the UX so that anytime you need to move a widget, the other widgets will slide out of the way to make room for the new widget. This also includes when you resize a widget.

The possibility to set a configured dashboard as a homescreen would be highly appreciated.

hi , I’d like to suggest a small but impactful improvement to the task search experience (CTRL+J). It would be incredibly helpful if, alongside the task URL (which we can currently copy with CTRL+C), there were also a quick-copy option for the task name, similar to how we can copy the Task ID with a single click. This would streamline workflows, especially for users like me who frequently include task names or IDs in email subject lines for clarity and tracking.

We use the Overview Dashboard on Folder to monitor the project health and created a standard view. Please make it possible to duplicate this to another folder. Rationale: I still have folders that I created earlier. Unfortunately, I am unable to duplicate the Overview dashboard in other folders. This causes a lot of work because I have to create them in each other folder from scratch.

There is an option to hide or show filters and groups in a list view and in th general section of a dashboard. It would be very beneficial if we can have this option inside a list card in a dashboard. That wat we can avoid unuseful space and therefore, the pdf exporting would have a better looking. Some of our dashboards are not official due this missing option.

Would love to see dashboards be able to be added to the everything view. One reason I'd love this is to see how many tasks each of our team is completing across all spaces. We have a smaller team and it'd be great to give them small rewards based on task completion.

We need an option to permanently view all spaces in Task Lists. Because we have our clients broken out into spaces, we have to regularly update these triggers to view all spaces as new ones are added-- When we add new spaces, 'All' changes to reflect the number of spaces included in the filter instead of adding additional targets.
