Currently, there's a poor user experience when editing comments. If a user accidentally exits the comment editor (presses the ESC key or triggers the back button (e.g. browser back or in-app navigation). The entire editing progress is lost without any warning. This can be especially frustrating during longer or more detailed comment drafts. No auto-save or prompt means lost time and effort, and may lead to communication breakdown or missed context in task discussions. Suggestion: Implement a confirmation alert when a user tries to exit an in-progress comment edit. The alert could say: > “Are you sure you want to leave? Unsaved changes will be lost.” Alternatively or additionally, consider auto-saving drafts of comment edits until the user chooses to post or discard them.
