Make comment private and share only with selected people.

Writing this on behalf of a customer: Admins should have the ability to restrict other users from deleting comments. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include some type of log or a “1 item deleted” message when a comment has been deleted.

It would be very helpful if comment threads had titles. When I jump from task to task and we have multiple threads in the same task, it is very difficult to figure our if I have the right thread opened. Where it now says 'Tread by name' I would like to add a Title/topic to that thread. This would give a much better overview. Thank you Siif

Please make a feature to allow moving comments to the right places. Sometimes members start a comment threads but the other doesn't reply/update in the right place and the conversations are all over the place. It's hard to track and sometimes things slip. For eg 1. moving a comment to update on a project to its subtask to reflect the progression of that specific subtask. eg 2. projects have similar names and people post in the wrong ones. Asking them to repost to the write places will take too much time and things get slipped.

It would be cool if you had the ability to pin important comments to the top of the comments thread. Asana does it in a nice way.

Its too easy to miss or not be able to find comments posted in many subtasks - a roll up of comments in the parent task would be so helpful. Putting all comments in the parent task only would not work for my team but having a roll up of comments from the subtasks would be a great way to have the comment visible in one place for a project whilst still enabling the team to post directly in each subtask.

Currently, there's a poor user experience when editing comments. If a user accidentally exits the comment editor (presses the ESC key or triggers the back button (e.g. browser back or in-app navigation). The entire editing progress is lost without any warning. This can be especially frustrating during longer or more detailed comment drafts. No auto-save or prompt means lost time and effort, and may lead to communication breakdown or missed context in task discussions. Suggestion: Implement a confirmation alert when a user tries to exit an in-progress comment edit. The alert could say: > “Are you sure you want to leave? Unsaved changes will be lost.” Alternatively or additionally, consider auto-saving drafts of comment edits until the user chooses to post or discard them. I would like to be able to add a comment without opening the full task. This should be an icon - like labels / priority / due date / assignee - that when clicked, pops up a small text area where you could add a quick comment. This idea should build on top of http://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/comments-indicator-in-task-cards where the icon also indicates whether comments are present on a task.

It's so easy to miss the threaded reply as it's currently collapsed by default... could there be an option to keep them expanded? Thanks!
