Communicating IN a task saves so much more time compared to communicating in chats. Communication about an issue needs to be tied to the issue (=task) for maximum productivity ... I really hope it gets addressed soon - in my opinion, nobody uses any of the AI features that seem to constantly be worked on, so it would be MUCH more important!

Hannah Keller You're 100% right. AI features barely get used, but they can justify charging extra $ for them. Private comments? Not so much. Pretty straightforward explanation.

Brendan W "We hope to begin work on it next year" - which means they might start working on it next year, or they might not. You've been stringing us along with the "Planned" status for years, and now it's just another vague promise.

This is feature is ESSENTIAL for your business clients. Please prioritize ASAP this over any of your UI enhancements. Thanks for understanding!

Brendan W This is bizar. This is the most needed feature and should be on your top priority. All other tools have this. We are not allowed to use chat as enterprise but we cant onboard more teams and clients as long this is not there.

Brendan W It is not okay that very important features that paying customers are requesting are sidelined to prioritise Ai and a complete format change in release 4.0 that makes navigation of the system more difficult. The amount of bug reports I have to submit because key features stop working. I encourage ClickUp to refocus on the users and remember that not everyone using the system is tech savvy so these constant changes just isolates the casual user. Please prioritise on making the system stable and escalate the features that users have been asking to be added for years.
