Because this is a project management tool, it is helpful to know if our colleagues have seen the message. Or even if it's only delivered.

When they don't reply, the case sometimes is they are away, they don't see the message or something else but if we don't have the above mentioned features it is hard to decide what is going on.

Wait this has been requested for 5 years and not implemented? Every chat platform I use has Read Receipts??? I just started to try to use CU chat this week with their new launch of it, and it's not useable if I can't tell if people have seen my messages.
