Since the Time Tracking does not stop when you close your browser, and sometimes it does not update all tabs that may be open, it would be very helpful to have an alert sent to an individual's manager and administrators when a timer exceeds a configurable threshold (i.e. 8 hours). It's amazing how many times where I see that somebody was working on a task for 65 hours straight - such dedication. Such an alert should allow anyone receiving the notice the ability to stop the timer and then edit it. Currently, when a timer is running, it will not show up in any dashboard card (or the Timesheet) and only the user can stop it. This is especially bad when the time is billable.

Can we get a full Reminders module? Currently, the only real place to view reminders is in the "My Work" widget on My Tasks overview, or the same My Work tab on the right sidebar. It would be good if they were broken out in to their own tab in this sidebar for easy access, or, even better, if there was a full "Reminders" module. They should also be able to be shown in Lists and calendar view.

I'd like to be able to make multiple subgroupings in my table view

The "Search" bar in the header isn't actually a search bar. It only opens a modal window elsewhere on the page that can then be used to search/filter. Why is the search bar at the top visually communicated as a "Search Bar" when it doesn't function as one? I would ask that the team either update the UX to have the search bar actually function as one with: 1) the search string present in the bar and 2) the relevant content expanding down from the bar instead of in a window somewhere disconnected from this UX element. -OR- Don't present the interface visually as a "Search Bar" and a button or other element that is visually indicates it is meant to open another interface. The current UX makes utilizing the search feature cumbersome, more mental effort, and can cause UX errors when I interact with the elements in a way I expect but which the experience isn't meant for a user to do.

If you create a milestone on a sub-level, you cannot filter out that milestone using the task type of milestone in a list view or gantt view. Often, each group of tasks has a milestone to complete that work package.

I would like to know if it is possible to remove the custom field for other tasks, and if it is possible to customize one for each task.

My team likes to keep the Parent Task's name in the subtask name as well, it would be great to be able to have a setting where if I enter some sort of code like [Retain_Parent_Name] in the parent name or description, the subtasks automatically have the Parent Task name in them when created. Our project names can sometimes be very long, and having to manually enter it in for every subtask is exhausting.

My team deals with a lot of "fluid" tasks and projects that see dates moved around frequently. ClickUp allows for you, when you move a due date later, to reset the subtasks automatically to match. That's great, but if I move a task so that the due date is SOONER, it won't automatically reset the subtask due dates as well. It would be great to have the calendar give you the option of moving subtask due dates whether they are delayed OR sooner as well.

When pushing a task to another list and you click on the trash then the task is removed from its original list. Very dangerous
