When creating ai agents, i wanted one to run daily, see what ai notes were created (these are docs in clickup), extract action items, and put them under respective contracts. Everything seems to be doable, except for the agent actually being able to see the existence of the docs unless you add them one by one to the agents "knowledge" section. This is not feasible as you'd have to routinely add them and if you have 20 meetings in a week you'll have over 80 docs to add. The ai agents can already see "Lists", why can't they just see all docs? This wouldnt be an issue if ai notetaker created tasks in a list instead to store the recordings, transcripts and subscriptions, but because it creates docs instead its limiting the ability to use the information it captures.
