Similar to Chats and List AI Agents. Reminds people to do certain things when they update any doc. They can also help in document creation (repetitive task can be handled by them).

Shreyansh Jain sounds like you'd want new triggers for agents, for example:
- When a doc is created
- When a doc is updated
Correct? Any other triggers? cc Zach

Yes Alex they both will work but I want a reminder agent too that reminds my team to update SOPs.
Also some agent that can find all last updated documents in the workspace in last 3 months and suggest me contradictory points.
Also an agent that can fill a form (in a doc) with details from a PDF I'll upload, etc
An agent that can suggest changes to a SOP or create action document based on a table (and eventually whiteboard) in the format our company uses.
Also more similar agents we can create to offload most of our documentation work, with my team keeping an oversight and giving direction.
To be honest, currently I find agents more useful in docs and chats (custom gpts, gems, styles etc) then in my execution workflow.
Our way of working still has to catchup.
These agents can be very helpful to us when they can call other agents themselves (I know this will take time to implement but still am excited for it's possibilities)

Shreyansh Jain: understood, thanks a lot for sharing more use cases!
Reminder agent: that should totally be possible today.
Agent to find docs that were last updated: will need to follow up and check with the team.
An agent to suggest changes to SOP and docs: should be possible today too! You might need to massage your prompts a little until you get exactly what you want, but I've seen it done :)

Good to hear.
Thanks a lot to let us know.
We'll be waiting for their implementation.

Shreyansh Jain to follow up on the agent to find docs that were last updated: it's possible!
We store, index and search against a "last updated at" field. So it can search for all docs not updated since [date] but it can't search for "all docs updated between [dates]".

Thank You for the update.
I think currently all these agents will post updates on chat channels and not as comments on docs themselves? Am I correct?
Also, any plans for these kinds of agents:
- An agent that can fill a form (in a doc) with details from a PDF I'll upload
- An agent that can suggest changes to a SOP or create action document based on a table (and eventually whiteboard) in the format our company uses
These kinds of agents are more complex and more execution focused. I find them like little specialist that suggest or does the work or me.
Reminders and other agents are more of retrieval focused ones.
But Its good to hear that most of the retrieval focused agents are ready in Clickup.
Thank you for your hardwork.
My team will adapt these in our workflows.
And in future with newer LLM models they'll be able to analyze text transcrips of messages, or videos of Syncups for more details or analyze video or image attachments for stuff.
I am quite hopeful with these possibilities.
