Search automations...

I have many automations with descriptions, and scrolling through them to find the one I need is a pain. It would be helpful to have a 'Search automations...' function, similar to the 'Search tasks...' feature in views.

Universal Search For Automations

When loading Large Spaces, I can imagine scenarios where there are no tools but by using CTRL F in your browser and going into the space is quite cumbersome when you have a large amount of similar automations. that are doing the same thing but for each different option.
I think my original ask was going to be to ask this feature under Manage. But with how strong universal search is now. I feel it should possibly just be a link to bring up a command to filter for Automations based on space / criteria of the automation itself.

Although this may be considered a duplicate feature request, the scope of the issue is substantial, exceeding 17,000 items. My proposed enhancement is the addition of a search bar within the automation window. This would enable users to efficiently search for specific actions or sort through the existing hundreds of action triggers. Currently, managing over 500 triggers can be cumbersome and prone to duplicate creation. Implementing this feature would greatly improve user productivity and reduce the risk of errors.

search or filter feature automation

I have many automations (close to 100 automations in every space), and whenever I need to make changes to one of them, it’s quite tricky and inefficient. I have to scroll and search manually through the entire list, which takes a lot of time.
It would be very helpful to have a search or filter feature in the automation section. This would make it much easier and faster to find specific automations, especially when managing a large number of them.
A search feature would greatly improve the efficiency of managing automations.

I agree that this would be VERY beneficial, particularly since there are often several automations across several lists, and they can't easily be organized (i.e. by title, in alphabetical order, etc.)

I also urgently require this. It is extremely challenging to identify the appropriate automation when we have 130 in one list.

It will be more effective to search for our automations in this section, it will be easier for us because we will have a lot of automations in our organization

I agree, I have almost 30 automations in one spot and it makes it extremely inefficient having to scroll through to find the right one. It would also be nice to have an automation hub similiar to the custom field one so I can search automations and see which space they are at and easily apply the automation to another space without always having to duplicate

The ability to search - particularly the text in the description field - would save me so much time. I end up using the browser search. This takes additional time because the full list doesn't appear until I scroll to the bottom, wait for the next lot to load, scroll again, wait for the scroll bar to catch up, scroll again etc until they are all recognised by the browser search.
Individual automations are great, but there is a lot of work to be done to manage them effectively. At the moment I am having to make a lot of workarounds (including a separate spreadsheet tracker) to be able to manage what we have, which duplicates effort and is very frustrating.
