Please create an option to automate removing a task from additional list

For teams that rely heavily on Automations, having to scroll through dozens when one needs tweaking is quite annoying. Would be great to able to group them into a folder per location. In my opinion, folders should be able to be toggled on/off and also duplicated to the same and new locations

My team and I are working on the Workload management and planification, and we chose Clickup to save us time. The thing is that we already organize our meetings in Outlook and we don't have the time to add the tasks on the Clickup App. I tried to use the Clickup for Outlook tool, but it doesn't have an interfase for the meetings in the calendar. I tried syncing the calendar in Clickup to the one in Outlook, but the meetings only appear in the Planner view, without translating into tasks. I tried creating the task with Clickup for Outlook from the email for the meeting, and it doesn't take the duration of the meeting, nor does it take the date, nor does it save us any time. We need a way to bring the meetings from the Outlook Calendar (or the Planner synced from the calendar) to a list in Clickup that contains the meetings. And those meetings need to be assigned to the person that was invited, they need to have the duration of the meeting as the duration of the task, the date of the meeting as the deadline. If the meeting is recurrent, it needs to create the repetitions or set the task as recurrent. We are a team of 10. If each of us takes 30min weekly loading the meetings in the Clickup tracker, we are talking of wasting 5 hours weekly, that's 20 hours a month, 240 hours a year, or 30 days of work of a person. We are people working in technical tasks, we could be fixing issues and solving problems in that time. 30 days of work is more than a month in one of our teammates time, that's a full project done.

I would love to see the ability to map Email and Phone custom fields when using automations to create tasks in another list. Currently, only certain field types (like Short Text) can be mapped, but Email and Phone fields are not available as options. This limitation makes it difficult to automate CRM workflows and keep contact information consistent across lists. Please consider enabling mapping for Email and Phone custom fields in automations, so we can fully automate our lead-to-contact process without workarounds. Thank you for your consideration!

It will be nice to start timer from automation and stop timer from automation as well.

It would be wonderful if there were automation options to trigger when the Current Date is within a date range before or after a custom field. There is the option, currently, to set triggers to run "at least" before and after a specific custom field, but it would be great if there was an option if it performed the inverse of what these options currently allow. I have attached some screenshots of where the current option will trigger for the "at least before" and "at least after". Perhaps our use case will help explain further. We track passport expiration data for our employees because they do a lot of traveling and we don't want any last minute issues with their passports. We want to set up a reminder system so that when the passport hits the '1-year from expiration' point it will let the person know. With the current options available for the Current Date, this is not possible. Hopefully all of this makes sense.

I'd love if I could bulk select a bunch of tasks, and give them all the same "recurring" rules. Right now I'm going through a ton of different tasks and having to do it one by one.
