It would be great to be able to create an automation that adds a calendar event to a specific calendar and allows you to add attendees (like the Google Calendar Automation). This would be really helpful when creating new hire onboarding, where you want to add the task to a "training calendar" and invite the new hire (assignee) and an instructor for that topic.

Google Calendar gets the automation action, Outlook doesn't. For Microsoft 365 shops, that's a real gap. Your onboarding use case is exactly right — task created → training calendar event → both parties invited, no manual scheduling. We should close this.
