When programing an automation I want to be able to select a template List or Folder from the Template Center and select where it should be created. This would allow for real entreprise process and avoid clutter.

It would be really helpful to be able to add a relationship between the task that triggered an automation, and the task that was created as a result of that automation. This would allow my team members to see the connection between our master tickets and the individual tasks that get created with automations as they move through our workflow without manually setting each relationship after the automation triggers.

Right now, automations are done at the list level. This gives far less control since every task in that last would be subject to that automation. I am suggesting that automations be done at the TASK level so that you can set something for just 1 task.

[ITA] Currently, the system automatically sets 4:00 in the morning as the start time for all automations. However, this choice isn't always ideal for all users or for all workspaces. It would be useful to be able to define a customized time to start the automations, through: a custom field at the space or project level, or a general setting that can be configured by the owner of the workspace. This flexibility would allow for a more efficient management of automations, adapting them to the specific operational needs of the teams. It would be great to have the ability to change task names through automation. When someone submits a form, it would be ideal to have the task name change to a relevant field submission from the form or similar.

I'd like to have an automation that is triggered by the time in a status. For example: When task has been in Review status for 5 days, add tag. Another example for user support: When task is In Progress status for 10 days, send email template.

I'd would be great if this could be an autmation: If task status changes to XY then change all subtasks status to XY. Even better: If taskstatus changes to XY change all subtasks, except closed ones, to XY Use case: When a task is put on hold, we need to put all subtasks that are not closed on hold as well(as this impacts our ressource management).

From Support Ticket: I can't automate status change or anything based on email thread (eg WHEN New Email received THEN change status)

Allow attachments to be added to emails that are being sent via automations either as an action or an additional field in the automation itself.
