It would be nice to be able to edit the settings as pageformat, timerange etc. when exporting a Gantt-chart as PDF.

The Gantt view doesn't take the aggregated time estimation of the subtasks. I'd like to work on a clean representation, hidding subtasks (but even wuthout doing that), dragging my 1000H taks just put it in 1day slot. I'd hope the full perdiod can be represented, from the starting date I'm putting and consedering the estimation time, the expected day the task will end.

It would be great if tasks could be grouped (and collapsed) in a Gantt view the way they can be in a list view. This would be particularly useful for custom fields. For example if you have a custom dropdown field for region, period, customer, product, program, etc. it would be great to be able to see all tasks with each dropdown field value grouped together.

When a baseline is created, for new tasks automatically add a baseline as well. This way the starting start and due dates will always be conserved, instead of having to create new baselines with new tasks which might not reflect the original start and due dates of tasks that were created earlier and might have been moved around

I have 10 folders, 30 lists and 100 tasks. When I am on the workspace's gantt chart displaying a full overview of my department and I create any kind of filter (eg: assignee, priority, tags), it is supposed to display only the filtered tasks with their corresponding parents. Instead, Clickup shows every single Folder and List with their major timeline (but with no tasks inside) and it's really impossible to focus the analysis on whats is really important because there is lot of garbage on the screen. It makes the filter almost unusable.

It would be great to have the possibility to create gantt views based on the list start and due dates instead of the task dates. We add to each list a start and due date, but right now that is useless for our planning.

I've seen some Gantt Software that will show, often with a Dotted line, the actual Closed date next to the Due Date. This is very useful for Productivity Analysis, as you can see how you are tracking with things like loading up too many tasks at once, tasks that have taken too long, etc. I've always thought it was somewhat deceptive for the Gantt to be limited to showing initial Due Dates, as often as a Project progresses, the dates change. Ideally it would be great to see the original Due Date, adjusted Due Date via a Baseline view, and then, ultimately, the Closed Date.

Nice to have features for the future of the ClickUp Gantt Chart

When we are in a list or folder, in Gantt view, we can't see if tasks depend on other tasks in other locations. It would be very useful if we can see the the dependecies icons as we can see them in the list view and the chance to add the dependencies as a column

I would think it would be very useful to have the option of having nodes in the gantt view with which you can drag and connect tasks taking into account dependencies (in the style of Davinci Resolve nodes) to add dependencies faster from these nodes in each task.
