With the Workload: Time Estimates box view, I really wish it would count logged time as "done" so that you could get a better view of your actual progress. If I am looking at my team's workload to see if they are on track to finish their workload in a given week, I can't see their actual progress. Especially if there is a task that is estimated to take 30 hours, I can't see the work they have completed so far until they have completed the task. This doesn't help me resource my team and their tasks appropriately. I know I can see this in the reports but I can't filter it down to see just my direct reports. I see everyone or user by user. I can't effectively manage my direct team's workload and weekly progress on that workload unless the box view better tracks logged time against their workload hours.
