I want to see all the actions of the team members, but I can not see their subtasks and Assigned Comments in Box View

This is what I see when I go into box view and choose me mode. it would be good if the box for my stuff would expand to fill the screen (horizontally and vertically).

With the Workload: Time Estimates box view, I really wish it would count logged time as "done" so that you could get a better view of your actual progress. If I am looking at my team's workload to see if they are on track to finish their workload in a given week, I can't see their actual progress. Especially if there is a task that is estimated to take 30 hours, I can't see the work they have completed so far until they have completed the task. This doesn't help me resource my team and their tasks appropriately. I know I can see this in the reports but I can't filter it down to see just my direct reports. I see everyone or user by user. I can't effectively manage my direct team's workload and weekly progress on that workload unless the box view better tracks logged time against their workload hours.

It's a bit of struggle to keep refreshing every time there is an update.

Ability to format text in List / Box views. Would rather have project / list larger than task. For that matter, let us format text anywhere in our space.

From support ticket: I need the Box view to recognize PEOPLE columns - not just the assignee column. Since we cannot rename and have multiple assignee columns, we've had to use 3 people columns to assign things like Project Manager or Account Manager, but those don't get recognized by the workload/box view to actually display the different boxes.

To get an overview of all projects (folders) in one box view. Attaching a screenshot of the idea.

This would give a good cross section for managers in charge of hiring.

Being able to see the time tracked in the team view would allow me to compare time estimated vs time spent actual. My hope is there can be an API window we can add in to the Team view to be able to see this view per team member

Would be nice if you could see workload by item type and what status that item type in is at the same time or separately if you so choose. Additionally, it would be nice if you could set capacity in this view instead of Workload view.
