Feature Requests

We would like to be able to expand or collapse all lists in a given space. Currently, when our team members use filtered lists at the Space level, they often have several different lists to work through, and manually have to expand and collapse each list independently. Individually expanding and collapsing lists is time consuming, and this feature change would be a helpful addition! So, when viewing lists at the Space level, ideally we would be able to expand all lists at once (or, conversely, collapse all lists at once), and still be able to expand/collapse lists individually, too.

Hi I find tags are very useful when it comes to finding tasks and grouping them. Texts or tags are very small by nature. If we could add a description to tags, it could be very useful. This makes it easier in onboarding people, and clarity of tasks in general. Please try to show a tooltip with the description when the mouse hovers over the tag. Platforms like GitHub include this feature.

Limited Members can see all the other Workspace users (literally all of them, including their emails) under "Space Settings" -> "All Space Settings" -> "Owner" in the dropdown menu. More details can be found in the support ticket #2335424 This makes it impossible to work with several clients in one account (for example, for a management agency where you need to manage several clients at once). All the client users who have the Limited Member rights can see their competitors. This is a huge security breach. There must be a restriction for Limited Users to see the rest of the Workspace users.

No one on my team works saturdays or sundays. I have weekends "hidden" in my views. When I adjust tasks with dependencies, the weekends are accounted for and when a task is moved that is started before the weekend and not finished until the following week, it adds 2 days to the task duration due to not having to ability to "turn off" weekends altogether. This issue cascades down to all subsequent tasks and is a time sync to review/clean up the schedule afterwards.

For businesses, following compliance and Security protocols is very important; hence, the owner should've access to all the users' data in their space to ensure they're using the company's tech environment ethically and responsibly.

The character limit on space names desperately needs increasing!!!

Create a permission setting to restrict who can create, modify, and delete the available folder and list colors and descriptions.

During 2024 and early 2025 I was able to use what seemed like unlimited characters for space names. In recent months there has been a limit implemented, which has significantly impacted the workflow of our business in regards to consistency between our work platforms. It would be greatly appreaciated if the character limit for space names could be set back to what it was.
