Problem: ClickUp 4.0 introduces Channels and Direct Messages as prominent, always-visible UI elements, but there are missing controls that admins need: No way to delete a channel (at least not that I can find) No way to disable Channels at the workspace level No way to hide Channels from key UI areas (e.g., action bar / views area, Home navigation) Same issue for Direct Messages: no ability to hide it from Home, or disable it entirely Why this matters: Many teams already have a company-approved messaging platform (Slack, Teams, etc.). Without admin controls, Channels/DMs become: A forced second source of truth for communication A compliance / policy issue (teams can't enforce "use the approved chat tool") UI clutter for teams who will never adopt ClickUp chat/channels/DMs Requested solutions: Workspace setting: Disable Channels (on/off) Workspace setting: Disable Direct Messages (on/off) Per-user preference: Hide Channels and/or DMs from Home + navigation (even if workspace-enabled) Channel lifecycle controls: Allow delete (or at least archive + purge with admin permissions) Permissions: Ability to restrict who can create Channels (admins only, or specific roles)

Ability to switch between accounts (not workspaces) quickly. I have one account for work and one for personal projects. It'd be nice to be able to switch on desktop and iphone apps. Thanks!

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the ClickUp Trigger node in n8n that prevents me from activating workflows reliably. Problem: The ClickUp Trigger works correctly for the first 2-3 test executions, but then consistently fails with the error: Problem running workflow Bad request - Webhook configuration already exists Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new ClickUp Trigger node with event “task.updated” and List ID filter 2. Configure trigger with Team ID and credentials 3. Execute workflow 2-3 times successfully 4. On subsequent executions or when trying to activate the workflow, the error appears 5. The workflow cannot be activated or used anymore What I’ve tried: • ClickUp App Authentication: Created a dedicated ClickUp OAuth app and connected through the app credentials - same issue occurs • API Key Authentication: Deleted all app connections and used direct API key authentication - same issue persists • Manual webhook cleanup: Deleted all webhooks from ClickUp Settings → Integrations → Webhooks section • Node recreation: Completely deleted and recreated the ClickUp Trigger node multiple times • Workflow deactivation: Deactivated workflow, waited, cleaned webhooks, reactivated - issue returns after 2-3 executions Expected behavior: The ClickUp Trigger should create and manage webhooks reliably without duplication errors, allowing workflows to remain active indefinitely. Actual behavior: After 2-3 successful test executions, n8n attempts to register a webhook that ClickUp reports as already existing, even though: • No duplicate webhooks are visible in ClickUp UI • All webhooks have been manually deleted • Using fresh API credentials

Currently, the Work Schedule settings in ClickUp apply to the entire workspace, so all users share the same workweek, working hours, and non-working days. Our team would benefit from the ability to set custom work schedules for each user. This would help us accurately reflect different time zones, part-time schedules, and individual holidays or days off. Why this matters: Many teams have members in different countries or with flexible work arrangements. Accurate individual schedules would improve capacity planning, workload management, and project timelines. It would help avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure better resource allocation. Example use case: A global team with members in India, the US, and Europe needs to account for local holidays and different working hours. Currently, we have to manage this manually, which is error-prone. Thank you for considering this improvement!

When we go invoicing a finished list, we want to automatically archive the list to prevent further actions/hours in it.

As we all know, ClickUp reached all over the world, including Brazil. Here we use comma (,) as the decimal separator. So, following other softwares in industry, I'd like to ask for the implementation of the option to change the decimal separator from dot (.) to comma (,) specially in numbers/currency fields.

The "Teams" feature is great, however, there is an opportunity to make the settings and categorization of teams a bit easier to manage. It would be great to have a Teams Manager screen, rather than the way it's laid out now. Currently, you can create a team, assign the alias, and assign the members. It would be great to have it be a bit easier to manage with categories (individual, department, workflow, etc.) and have a search capability. Also, it would be great to see which spaces or lists they are being used in.

Right now you can only do Custom Task ID at a Space Level, how about Folder or List level too

If a list is archived, tasks are not currently archived if they are added to another list. Shouldn't the hierarchy follow the task's primary list?
