Currently, the Work Schedule settings in ClickUp apply to the entire workspace, so all users share the same workweek, working hours, and non-working days. Our team would benefit from the ability to set custom work schedules for each user. This would help us accurately reflect different time zones, part-time schedules, and individual holidays or days off. Why this matters: Many teams have members in different countries or with flexible work arrangements. Accurate individual schedules would improve capacity planning, workload management, and project timelines. It would help avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure better resource allocation. Example use case: A global team with members in India, the US, and Europe needs to account for local holidays and different working hours.
