It will be great to have a monthy timesheet with each project or client. Clickup only provides weekly and daily timesheet and it is not easy for users to edit the timesheet into an invoice form. Thank you.

I would love for there to be a shortcut on the task card to start the timer, so you don't have to open the task (see pic). I would also love for the timer to stop once you mark the task done. This would make the whole time-tracking seamless. I would like for it to just be 1 click to start the timer, 1 click to stop.

Hi, Currently, it's possible to select multiple tasks and assign them the same date and time, which is super helpful. However, it would be even more useful if we could set or change the same time across multiple tasks, even when the dates are different. Thanks for considering this feature!

What do you think about implementing a customizable Pomodoro-like timer?

In the CSV export of the Time Tracked reporting view, the time fields are exported in text format ("3h 50m"). To make calculations in Excel it would be an improvement if the field would be a numerical value (e.g. 90) with the number format being minutes or hours alternatively. Maybe as an additional field to not break the current fields.

As a Service provider, we suppport clients based on agreed Retainer/Budgeted Hours and any overage is then an Additional Fee. We currently use Harvest and would love to use one system if possible. Is there a feature or on the roadmap in ClickUp to track Retainer Hours vs Actual Hours? Is there a notification if one is getting close to Retainer Hours? Thank you.

The use of dates, times, and days is currently very limited, especially when it comes to working with days. Some issues I’ve encountered include: 1) I can’t customize weekend days (e.g., set Friday and Saturday instead of Saturday and Sunday). 2) I can't use days and times flexibly in automation workflows.= 3) I can’t automatically start time tracking in automation (e.g., when starting a SyncUp). 4) I can't schedule actions based on a time delay, such as "3 hours after the created date." 5) I can't set automation to trigger on specific future dates, like “3 months from now.” There are many other cases where greater flexibility with dates, times, and days would be incredibly helpful. Please consider making these aspects more dynamic and customizable.

Add the feature to define hours as billable based on the type of task set. This way, the estimate can act as a budget and the logged hours as a sort of pre-invoicing.

Automated Scheduling I currently do this in excel, but it would be fantastic to create team member schedules ie hours per day available. Once tasks are estimated, available resources can be assigned and start and end dates would automatically be generated based upon resource availability. Advanced functionality might include dependency linking to start and end dates.
