As a Service provider, we suppport clients based on agreed Retainer/Budgeted Hours and any overage is then an Additional Fee. We currently use Harvest and would love to use one system if possible.
- Is there a feature or on the roadmap in ClickUp to track Retainer Hours vs Actual Hours?
- Is there a notification if one is getting close to Retainer Hours?
