Even though the ClickApp for relative dates is disabled, when grouping by a date field ClickUp will still use relative dates - and clump different dates together in system-defined groups. This applies to both system-fields such as due date as well as to every date type custom field. We need to be able to group by the actual date in the field - not any system-defined collective such as "past" or "future". As of now, there are only about: Past Yesterday Today Tomorrow Weekdays (e.g. Saturday) for the next 6 days from now Future If I disabled relative dates for my workspace and group by a date field, I expect the group to be the actual date value.

Currently, subtasks are filtered out of task lists if the parent task isn't assigned to you, except when you've selected "subtasks-separate." I find that view extremely overwhelming and confusing for my workflow. This creates a challenge in tracking my work, as I often miss subtasks that are assigned to me but are nested under parent tasks assigned to others. I would like the ability to confidently view all items assigned to me—both parent tasks and subtasks—with any of the subtask displays. This feature should ensure that only tasks and subtasks assigned to me are displayed, regardless of the parent task's assignment, and should work seamlessly across all views. This improvement would greatly enhance task visibility and reduce the risk of missing important work.

The recently added “toggle” that appears on hover alongside a task that acts to create a Subtask is extremely misleading. Our team has already commented that it makes them think there are subtasks that are not appearing. It doesn’t make sense that a dropdown toggle like this would be used as a UI element to CREATE a new Subtask instead of view existing subtasks. The + already serves this purpose in a way that makes UX sense. The toggle simply adds confusion. It’d be helpful if ClickUp either changed the view toggle to a + instead of a rotating triangle (i.e. Make the “Create” button a “Create” button and NOT a VIEW toggle)and remove the other location, or remove this toggle entirely.

It would be great to get an option on List view to be able to toggle the visibility of Tags on or off. I have a List view with a grouping and filters where the Tags are always going to be the same once that group and those filters are applied. Therefore, I don't need to see those Tags next to the Task name on that List, which add to visual clutter. Tags next to the Task name are really useful everywhere else, but not on this particular List view. So it would be great to be able to simply choose to show or hide Tags for that List view only.

In my opinion, milestone icons should not have the check mark in all the statuses because this is kind of misleading.

Table view is great, but subtasks are detached from the main parent tasks. Is there any way sub-tasks can be displayed under the parent tasks, maybe a tap in so they appear less in visual hierarchy?

It is great how we are able to group in lists, but would be amazing if we could have two layers of groupings in lists. For example, if we could first group tasks by priority and then within each priority grouping, also group by due date

Use strikethrough on the name of completed tasks in list view so that they're easier to spot.

Please add the ability to search through relationship fields. At the moment, even if "search in custom fields" is active, it won't search in relationship fields.
