I would like to be able to manually edit artifacts directly, without having to ask Brain to make every change. The editing experience should be similar to Canva or PowerPoint, allowing me to: Move, resize, and reposition individual elements; Edit or rewrite text directly; Delete or add elements; Change formatting, layout, and visual properties; Rearrange elements freely; Make small corrections or adjustments myself without generating a new version through Brain. The goal is to have full manual control over the artifact after it has been created, while still being able to use Brain for larger or more complex changes when needed. This would make the artifact experience much more flexible and efficient, especially for presentations, documents, diagrams, and other visual deliverables where users often need to make quick, specific adjustments themselves.

Hi ClickUp Team, I'd love to request a feature that would be incredibly helpful for cost tracking and project budgeting within ClickUp. 🎯 The Problem: Currently, there's no built-in way to associate an hourly rate with individual team members and then automatically calculate task costs based on time tracked or manually logged hours. This gap creates friction when trying to manage budgets and track actual costs in real-time across tasks and projects. 💡 Proposed Solution: Hourly Rate Field per User: Add a new field where Workspace admins can assign an hourly rate to each team member. This can be either a global setting or project-specific override. Cost Calculation Functionality: Enable an automatic cost computation based on the hourly rate and time tracked (via ClickUp’s time tracking feature). Alternatively, allow this cost to also be computed when someone manually enters the number of hours in a field (e.g., a custom "Time Spent" field). Dynamic Cost Field: Introduce a new computed custom field called “Cost” (or allow a formula field) that multiplies the user’s hourly rate by their tracked or entered time. This field should update automatically based on changes to time or rate. 📊 Use Case Example: Jane has an hourly rate of $50. She logs 3 hours on Task A using the time tracker. The system automatically records a cost of $150 for that task. If she instead enters “3” into a “Manual Hours” field, the same cost gets computed dynamically. ✅ Benefits: Helps teams stay on top of project budgets. Allow time off to be set in hours, not just full days (for example a half day or a 2-hour appointment), and have it reflected correctly in Workload, capacity, and reporting.

With current work schedule option, I can only set a global holiday for a global organization. However no option for me to setup regional holidays. And more over the holidays I set should reserve the respective region employees availability/capacity on specific day.

Main task progress should be cumulative total of subtask rollup (similar to time rollup)

I would like to be able to create date ranges based on custom dates so that I can build calendar views that are not based on start/due date fields. My use case is that I'd like a calendar view showing when campaigns are LIVE, so we can easily see them, see what campaigns overlap, etc. Right now, you can create this view, but only based on start/due date fields, but these dates are not always the "campaign live dates", they are changing due dates based on the stage that the project is at. Aka start date = when work started on the project, and due date = when everything (including post live tasks) conclude, not the actual dates of the campaign.

Filtering tasks only to display due date, even when start dates have been added to these items.

In the "Overview" view, we are able to add and remove various cards. For some reason, there is a card called "Folders" and the option to delete the card is grayed out. For those of us who don't use folders, this card just sits there empty and in the way.

We have routine automations that we program into some of our lists and these are informational, including a date field, but the timezone of the ClickUp user is irrelevant. Our team members are all remote and the information we are communicating via these notifications is about someone other than a ClickUp user.
