I would like to be able to select and delete multiple files/attachments at once

It would be very helpful to have a resources tab in each list, where you could upload external resources (google drive, attachments, etc) related to the list. This could be organized in folders so its easy to manage. The other options is that this could be a feature within the dashboard.

I am in a list. It has many tasks. Some of these tasks have attachments. I want to know if I'm able to view all the attachments in one place.

For whiteboard and for anywhere images are used it would be great to have Ai be able to remove backgrounds making for a much cleaner image implementation especially if switching between dark and light viewing modes. Unless we all think that a dark background with an image on a white background fits right in....

Please let me (CTRL-click) select multiple attachments, to be deleted from a card in one action. In e-mails, there are a lot extra attachments, like signatures, little picto's (Facebook, LinkedIn, Company name etc). I'm always cleaning these. Would be nice if I can ctrl-click these (multiple select).

Include the ability to view files in the .ifc extension (open source format) directly within the tasks. Currently it is only possible to attach and download the files in this extension. I would like it to be possible to view them in the same way that it is done with .pdf or .png formats, for example.

Here is an example: I create a list called Material Sources, and a list called Materials. In Material Sources, I create a Task for a Vendor, and then upload all of the product photos related to that vendor. In Materials, I upload a product, and then link it to the Material Source where I found it. ...and then I have to re-upload an individual photo. Now I have multiples of the same photo. It would be better if on each attachment, there was an option to link it to another task. That way, when I add 30 product photos to a Material Source, I can mirror 2 relevant images to a Material, without cluttering my database. This is a very necessary feature request for me and my workflow. Thank you

As a designer, the proofing tool leaves a lot to be desired! If it were up to me I would switch us away from ClickUp because these features are lacking. A few things that would make this exponentially better, and comparable to competitors like Wrike: MOST IMPORTANT: Have 'approve / reject/ approved with changes' buttons for files that need to be proofed - Even better if we can customize the text of these buttons Set people as "approvers" (must approve), and "reviewers" (don't need to approve) and have stages of review Allow for document versioning. Having a proofing/markup tool is not all that useful when we don't have version uploads as an option. It just makes a mess of the files and creates chaos and disorganization when we have 5+ versions of a file. Ability to markup more than just PDFs (specifically text documents like word or excel) OTHER THINGS THAT WOULD BE AWESOME: Allow markup like drawing, or creating a square / circle around items Would be amazing to be able to highlight text in PDFs as a markup tool as well

When I download images my file names are retained but if I download an mp4 it gives me a bunch of numbers and letters and always makes me rename the file which is time consuming. Any way to fix this to retain the original file name?

Today, I was cleaning up a task, and in the Details tab, we usually upload an approved drive folder and an old versions folder. I thought it would be cool if we could just drop from the ClickUp details tab uploaded documents into their respective folder, or maybe that is a feature already, and I am just having #UserErrorIssues
