Ability to limit attachable file types to "Files" Custom field.

If I were to create an intake form with a custom field for Files I want to be able to choose what type of files I want example Only PDF or PNG or JPG or only those 3 and no other file types.

Public facing forms where people dont pay attention to notes or warnings and just upload any file types when what I really want is PDF.
