it would be REALLY useful to have an address book function, or a link to google/apple contacts, for the email within in a task. It is a bit of a pain having to find the email addresses elsewhere and then copy & paste

An Inbox for your Email in ClickUp! You'll be able to see all of your emails and replace your email inbox with ClickUp. You'll also be able to quickly link and create tasks, docs, and more to emails.

When sending an email to a mailing list to create a task, you should copy the images contained in the task description instead of just referencing the image, as this doesn't allow for task review. I've attached a screenshot as an example.

I really hate that I always have plenty of Company Logos within my task attachements. Please stop that.

We are able to transfer all our emails from Outlook to our ClickUp lists. However, when we reply to an email from these lists, we cannot include the original message history in our response. ClickUp sends a completely new email, and we have to manually copy the previous conversation. We kindly request support for improving this feature so that replies from ClickUp can include the original email histroy.

This is an essential feature for using Clickup as a CRM. if you have a website which emails enquiries to a clickup list, we need to be able to set custom fields such as enquiry email, phone no. etc.

I would like to request a feature that allows users to customize or modify the email address used when sending emails through ClickUp. Currently, the system generates an email address that can appear unprofessional or unclear to clients. A customizable option would enable users to set a more presentable and recognizable email address for outgoing communications.

Whenever you open an email thread in ClickUp, it defaults to responding as an email, which then creates a draft. This is an annoying behavior! A draft should not be saved unless text is actually written in the body field.

From Support Ticket: Is there anyway to organize these into folders or add tags? Once you start accumulating a lot of email templates, this will become messy.
