Hi ClickUp Support, I’m writing to express my frustration with your billing and seat management system. When I signed up for a new account, it said I would get 2 extra seats for free during the first year. However, these seats are automatically added to the renewal price in the second year, which I find extremely unethical. On top of that, I was included for 3 AI seats that I did not request or authorize. It’s also very upsetting that I cannot cancel my plan for the next year—my only option seems to be to downgrade, even though I am already on the minimal paid plan that I need. I have wasted at least an hour trying to sort this out, and it is completely unacceptable. Additionally, when I tried to remove users to avoid being billed for extra seats at renewal, it immediately removed their access
