I would like to see a notification, pop up or email, that advises users as to when their billing cycle renews. In this instance, we added several people slowly over time but all accounts renewed on the date the earliest account was added and caused some difficulties with an unexpected expense.

I would add an option to have the invoice mailed automatically to a chosen address. In our organization, the workspace admins are not the Finance department, but the Finance team is the one who needs the invoices.
Currently we have an extra recurring task for this but it seems like a trivial option to have it built-in.

It would be a great additional service to remind people a few weeks before doing an annual billing that the payment will be deducted on X date. Other tools offer this service and is a little extra service that is appreciated.

A common billing dashboard that provides a view on renewal timelines across all workspaces, email alerts prior a renewal and further upon an auto renewal. I got to know of a renewal only through a credit card charge causing some mistrust.

Definitely. This is an awful business practice. I've cancelled ClickUp for this.

I agree. I had a $456 charge that I wasn't expecting. I think it's good business practice to notify customers of yearly renewals in advance, and it left me with kind of an icky feeling about ClickUp, when I've been really impressed by their product and support in the past.
