I'm an Admin of Business plan. I can't reset a member password, I can't reset 2FA method. The only 2 options I have is: resend invitation cancel invite. This is ridiculous. Why admins have so few options to manage user's accounts?... An admin should have rights to: reset password reset 2FA remove 2FA change user email change user name

For every new user that joins the Team I want him to have a certain permission inside a public Space/Project/List. I have a team with spaces splitted by sectors. The new user would see everything that is public to the team and his permission today allows him to do anything he wants on other tasks. I want it to be public so anyone can be flagged (@) and even set as watcher. If it was private, I would have to invite all this new users to it and set permissions one by one. I don't want every new user from another sector to be able to change tasks from my sector, only see/comment or edit if needed. Setting default permission for new users in a public space would let me "rest", not needing to check if there's any new user with full permissions every week.

As an Administrator we would like to have the ability to act as another person. For Example: Our executive team has requested the ability to add time for a person while they are traveling or in an instance where someone forget to add their time. This would also be nice when setting up permissions so you can see what they can see. Right now we are setting up fake account with personal email addresses to see how it works.

From support ticket: Is there a way for me to claim ownership of folders where we had someone help out by setting them all to private with specific sharing permission. (I'm already a full member on the folders)

I manage the projects across our Clickup, and use color coding to organize spaces and folders. Would like the ability to change the color or avatars of users and would like access to more colors for folders/lists.

Short of allowing Public Views to be partially interactive, I'd like to see a new column that's comparable to the "Comment" Custom Field that would allow the public to contribute a comment on a public view. Ideally, this would be a "envelope" or "pencil" icon that, when clicked, opens something similar to a ClickUp form, including a Captcha. This would open up the possibility of using ClickUp to collect Feedback (albeit more messily than Canny) using this + the Latest Comment column. It would also make it easier to solicit client feedback on multiple tasks by having an "Email Response" button available as a column. Bonus, it'd adapt the existing Form features to Subtask creation and not only Task creation.

Being able to import my email to ClickUp to do all things in one place. Also a dialer and sms/email automation would be great.

Ability for admins to delete comments added by other members.

Hi, It would be nice if when we share a public link of a task, it shows Relationships. And in Advanced Options of Public Share Link, it could appear the "Relationships" option as well, to check or uncheck in "What do you want to share" section. Relationships, beside tasks, it can be used for another stuff too. And in my case, I use the Relationships to register every person who were present at an event (small group, with their contacts on another list as tasks). And sometimes I need to send the attendance sheet, and as the ClickUp doesn't offer a custom print tool, Public Share Link with these features would be perfect.

would be cool if we could share subtasks with other users and guests. why could you do it with a normal task and not a subtasks? you would have to create a whole new task to just make a share work.
