Be able to organize the list views by doing sections to group views in a custom way

It would be great to have gmail fully integrated in click up for inbo, sent etc.

We kindly request that the Product team reconsider adding native support for GitHub ENTERPRISE VERSION , even though this item is currently marked as out of roadmap. Enterprise customers rely on GitHub Enterprise for their development workflows, and the lack of integration represents a significant blocker to adopting ClickUp across engineering and development teams. Enabling this capability would provide substantial value and address a recurring need expressed by multiple users. Thank you for taking this request into consideration.

Problem I spend time before every meeting collecting context (agenda, attendees, emails, docs, links). It’s manual, error-prone, and easy to forget when schedules are busy. Proposal Add a “Planner” capability to Calendar that automatically prepares meeting briefings and delivers them: Auto-prep: For each upcoming meeting, Planner gathers context from my ClickUp tasks/docs, connected calendar, and email to produce a concise briefing. Attendee research: If I’m meeting someone for the first time, Planner provides public-profile snapshots and relevant recent work (where permitted). Chat delivery: Planner posts a prep message in a new ClickUp Chat thread (or the meeting’s chat) so I can discuss and add notes. Planner view: The same briefing is pinned in Calendar’s Planner panel for that meeting. Timed reminders: Briefings are refreshed and re-sent at 60, 30, and 15 minutes before the meeting; quick actions let me mark prep as done or request updates. ClickUp Brain Integration Briefings are authored by a distinct “Planner” instance of ClickUp Brain, with a standard prompt: Key details Links & artifacts: Attach relevant tasks, docs, dashboards, and emails directly in the briefing. Mobile + desktop: Briefings and reminders available across platforms. Value Saves 10–15 minutes per meeting Improves meeting outcomes and reduces missed context Encourages consistent preparation across teams

Add system prompt settings to the default AI translation feature. For example, when translating from English to Japanese, direct translation can come across too strong. Having slightly more control over tonality would be god send.

An additional gray theme for the ClickUp interface, providing a comfortable visual option between the current dark and white themes.

The ability to send a single, customized email to multiple contacts at once—filtered by status, country, or city—with support for variables (like the recipient’s name). This would streamline your workflow and save significant time when reaching out to many contacts.

Allow a user to register to receive notifications every time a file, task, list, space, etc., is modified. Ex: I am a programmer, if the programming list receives a new task, I would like to be notified. If my GDD file is modified, I would like to be notified.
