It'd be great if we could integrate Xero and ClickUp.

Option to disable the Task ID labels appearing on the emails within a GMail inbox, when converted to ClickUp tasks, without having to turn off the email integration feature, and still be able to convert emails to ClickUp tasks.

I would love to have more options like the parent task name for hierarchical project structure something like projectKey-:taskId:-:parentTaskName:-:taskName: So the branch has more context Project: User Dashboard Project Key: UD Task Id: cad12c1 Task Name: Activity Timeline Parent Task Name: Inventory Widgets Generated name ud-cad12c1-inventory-widgets-activity-timeline additionally allowing other start names than CU which I am assuming it is ClickUp initials

The Slack notification tells us what list the task is found in. However, with our hierarchy, the vital part of a location is the parent folder, as every list within the parent has the same name. We would find it very useful to have a way of seeing the folder in this notification. Thank You.

That woul make it quicker to jump straight into code from the task

I'd love to see a proton drive integration in the file attachment section, similar to Dropbox and Google Drive. Proton Drive is a privacy focused cloud storage solution, and having the option to add our folders/files to our ClickUp workspace would help speed up our workflow and organization.

Please integrate Font Awesome ( https://fontawesome.com ) not only for us to use in task descriptions and comments, but to expand the number of project and task type icons we have to choose from. They have many more options available, and it would allow us to use iconographic information more effectively.

Hello ClickUp Team, I’d like to suggest a feature for the Gmail ClickUp add-on. It would be incredibly helpful if the task chip created for an email could be automatically visible to other members of our company included in that email thread. Currently, when one team member creates a ClickUp task from an email, others don’t see the task link on that particular thread, unless it's manually shared. A cross-sync feature that displays the task chip to all recipients from the same domain (or workspace) would significantly improve collaboration and task visibility within the team. Thank you for considering this enhancement—it would be a big productivity boost for teams working closely via email.

While ClickUp’s Slack integration allows task creation, we specifically need customizable notifications that alert users before a task is due (e.g., 3-day or 7-day reminders) rather than notifications appearing after the fact.
