Feature Requests

I think many of us love to add external figure (clients, collab...) to a list or project not as part of the team but only for minimal interaction (but not only viewer). In many cases the free guest number is lower than the real necessities and pay a full seat for a simply interaction on temporary or specific tasks is absolutely not sustainible. So...why don't you think to a plan for adding guest seats to a space? I.e.: 10$/month for 25 guests

Hello there, hope you are doing well. I firmly raise my voice that internal guest users are not meant to charge if they only wanna do basic things like comment, status-change, and time-tracking for their tasks. If you wanna charge, give us a cheaper rate for internal users. Currently, ClickUp has charged me for internal users and they are only invited to folders as said in the plan details. I also prefer to notify users before purchasing the plan, that internal users will be charged, it was not communicated well before and I got suddenly charged for internal users. My suggestion is, to allow a few free internal guests as everyone has a team who will use the ClickUp. Currently, I have withdrawn the guest users by making permission as view-only and I am only the user who can change things, then what is the use of that? If possible, this is just a request to allow some free internal guest users to manage basic things on tasks. Thanks

Every guest I invite from within a folder/list automatically gets permissions to view ClickApps like time tracking and estimates. I want to restrict these by default, and then only grant them when desired. Ideally there would be a "default" config for guest permission. I've been forgetting to turn this off and unknowingly granting access to see our internal confidential time tracking. This is a crucial enhancement!

We want to create dashboards for our clients, however, they are able to click into the task and see all comments, time spent, etc. It would be nice if there was an option to set a guest to not be able to click into or view a task.

Allow Guests to change status and leave comments. Or have the option of a "Collaborator" with an additional fee of USD$2/month, who can change status, leave comments, add tags, and modify values of custom fields. I believe the main difficulty in acquiring Paid Plans is the need to pay for someone who only needs to change a status.

My guests get jealous when I can bulk edit and they can't! It would really improve our productivity.

When I complete a client engagement, I tell them that they will lose access to my Workspace after a certain amount of business days. Instead, it would be great if I could schedule their removal either at a specific date and time or after a certain timeframe, instead of creating a task/reminder to do this manually at the appointed time. Currently, Slack allows the admin to deactivate Guests either within a set timeframe or on a specific date/time.

It would be great if I can control exactly what a guess can see and do. I don't like that the guest view is slightly different than a member view. I want to be able to control what they see based on saved filters, select which columns are visible, select tasks, select views - I'd like control what they can edit on a task to task basis - and to have different visible permissions for multiple induvial guests. I would want to be able to just set up a guest profile and they can jump right into it, not having to worry about learning a software and getting their settings set up correctly.
