I think it would be super beneficial to have the ability to create main folders for our sub-folders to keep the goals organized more. For example, I have employees that all have four goals per 4 months, and now that we are 2 years into this process, I have 20+ folders roaming around my goals space that I have access to. I wish I could make a folder for the current year and drop all of the current employees into that folder so it is more organized with better "breadcrumbs". I'm not sure if this is a feature or not so I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself! :)

Although it is possible to edit permissions in bulk on a task, this is not possible on a Goal. We would like to see the option expanded to Goals, as it takes too much time to edit everyone's individual permission settings. Thanks!

Something that would make the goals and targets feature more usable is if you can report on goals on space, folder and list level dashboards as well as report on targets in any way (there is no way to see targets easily in a dashboard or otherwise). It would also be helpful if there were a goal and target field that pulls in the associated goal and target for a task. This would be helpful for grouping tasks in certain views, or in widgets, as well as overall reporting on how much got done on specific goals/targets.

I would like to suggest the creation of a timer, classic simple timer that we already can get from our phones, Youtube or the Forest app but inside Click up. The purpose of a timer where we set a desired time for focus work (15-25-45-60 minutes) is to apply the productivity method called Pomodoro. I would like a timer with time entry I wish to work, that i can add to the time tracked you already have for a given task., that it opens a descending time screen and ends with a gentle alarm inviting me to take a break. Timers can also be used to set break time as the Pomodoro technique suggests. Again, this is not time tracking with a time start and an infinite end until we click stop. this is a contained timer.

With regards to traking goals and its progress circle (auto) it would be nice to be able to give a coefficient to target in order to follow the real progress of a goal. Indeed, targets don't always have the same weight in the goal moving forward to completed therefore adding coefficients in the table of targets could be nice. Automatically, each target could be set with the same weight / coefficient but it would be helpful to set our own coefficient. This is true in every sector project based ranging from IT, marketing, construction, legal, automotive, tourism, industry, etc. This is extremely usefull in tracking OKRs, Goals, Evaluation, and so much more.

It would be useful to be able to see the end date for a goal on the goal card, rather than having to click into the goal to check what it is. Being able to sort the cards by due date is helpful so that you can prioritise tasks with a closer end date but you then have to click into each goal individually to see when the deadline date is, this is frustrating when you are managing lots of goals. I would say, having visibility of the end date is more important than seeing the last updated date on the bottom left of the card.

Improve the goals would be great, thats a very helpful feature. I would recommend: More types of targets: % for example. A better dashboard view just for goals where can I see in detail how we are doing.
