Feature Requests

When trying to build reports for the past year's development on certain teams, we need to visualize information for users that are not in the company any more and thus their user is inactive in Clickup. This makes it pretty hard to actually retreive historical data and understand trends, compare periods of time, etc.

Maybe this is already a "thing" but we internally use the CU time tracking feature, but I would like to have a feature where you can't track time when a task is "on hold," OR if someone tries to prompt the project manager of that task to approve time tracking.

It would be nice if we could add any existing custom fields to the timesheets table in the column. Likewise, instead of going inside the task to see the info, it will be visible directly from the Timesheets table.

Please add the ability to add items/folders/lists/anything inside Clickup to a Favorites section on the My Tasks tab in the new V4 UI.

when i have a task in the morning, i want that task to appear in the evening let say 2pm. the filters that clickup have "today or later" but dont have the "later" part just means another day, not after certain time.

It would be valuable to import PDF files into Whiteboards, with the option to select the quality/resolution of the imported content.

Looking for the x-axis to have the ability to show Task/subtask names. If the name matches then it ups the count. This will allow us to track the number of times a specific task name is being used. In our example we are using task names as areas within the team, so we can use it for internal training needs.

I am looking for the option to count the number of assignee's per task so on a dashboard view we can show how many people are assigned to a specific task/milestone etc.

It would be great to have a group by list feature so that you could see all lists as columns on a kanban board.
