I would like to request the ability to assign different holiday calendars to different users, teams, or regions within a single workspace. Currently, only one holiday calendar can be applied workspace-wide, which does not accommodate organizations with teams in multiple countries or regions. Why this is important: Our teams operate in different countries, each with its own set of public holidays. We need workload and utilization reports to accurately reflect each person’s true availability, based on their local holidays. Applying a single holiday calendar to all users leads to inaccurate reporting and scheduling. Suggested Solution: Allow admins to assign a holiday calendar per user, team, or location. Ensure workload and utilization calculations use each person’s assigned holiday calendar to determine available hours. This feature would greatly improve resource planning and reporting accuracy for global teams. Thank you for considering this request!

I was thinking that it might have been a field to distinguish the two. But it is null in both cases. What is the purpose of the field and is there a way to distinguish between an event triggered via the API vs the GUI?

Our company manages long-term projects, often spanning more than 10 years. We would like to be able to view the entire project schedule on a single screen in the Gantt Chart. However, the current zoom-out level in the Gantt Chart view appears to be limited. Even when the Time Period setting is set to Flexible, the maximum available view is Year + Quarter. Could you please improve the Gantt Chart’s flexible time range settings so that users can zoom out further and display longer timelines (e.g., 10+ years) in one view?

Summary: Make it possible for ClickUp comments to automatically send as direct messages in Slack to the task’s assignees — and for Slack replies in that DM thread to automatically sync back into the ClickUp task’s comment section. Current Limitations: ClickUp Agents can post to Slack channels, but cannot send direct messages (DMs) to specific users. (It works in automations but its finicky) AI Agents and automations can’t open or manage direct Slack conversations between the commenter and assigned team members. Even when users receive notifications in Slack, replies don’t sync back into ClickUp, causing manual back-and-forth. Use Case: Many of our clients and collaborators don’t use ClickUp directly; they prefer to communicate only through Slack. For our internal workflow, all project discussions need to be documented in ClickUp for record-keeping and tracking. Currently, we must manually copy/paste Slack replies into ClickUp comments or the description, which is inefficient and error-prone. Proposed Solution: Enable automations or AI Agents to send Slack direct messages (DMs) to all assignees (that are not you) whenever a new comment is made in the task. The Slack DM should include the full comment text, the task name, and link back to the ClickUp task. Allow the recipient to reply to that Slack DM and have their response posted automatically into the ClickUp task as a comment. Optionally allow message threading to keep Slack ↔️ ClickUp context linked. Impact: This would keep client and team communication fluid, eliminate redundant copy/paste, and ensure all correspondence tied to a task is preserved in one place. It bridges the gap between Slack-first clients and ClickUp-first teams.

Is there a way for us to export the data directly from the timesheet instead of the dashboard? That would help ensure we’re using accurate and consistent time records and to have them converted to decimal directly.

It would be great to visually see the stars (not numbers) in the dashboard view when filtering on the "ratings" field. just makes the dashboard easier to understand vs the example in the screenshot.

I would like to suggest creating an option to establish automations that trigger when single checklist items have been marked complete. Currently, all items on the checklist have to be marked complete for an automation to be created, but not for individual items on the checklist. For example, I would like a form to trigger after each individual checklist item is checked.

I'm not sure if this is intentional or a bug, but we have a space for every client that we work with, but I personally do not work with all of them. Since we upgraded to 4.0, I find that the "show all spaces" toggle keeps turning back on. If this is by design, I think it is a bad choice.

It would be great to have the same ability to drag and drop subtask in the list view just like you can do in the gantt view. This help with sequencing the tasks. The sequencing between the list view and the gantt view should also match up.
