I’d like to request a change to how email notifications look when comments are added in ClickUp. This applies to all types of comments: on tasks, Docs, and Discussion cards in Dashboards. Right now, the comment text in these emails is centered, which makes it harder to read and doesn’t feel like a regular email. Before the actual comment appears, there is a lot of white space taken up by elements like the ClickUp logo, the profile icon, the "New comment" label, and the "by [username]" line. This pushes the actual message content further down. User needs to do extra scrolling and making it harder to quickly see what the comment is about. It would be great if the emails could minimize unnecessary visual elements before the comment content and use left-aligned text for better readability. Or, give option for workspace admin to adjust how these email notifications are styled. This would make comment notifications easier to read and more useful, especially we want to use this for sharing updates across teams, and for some users that rely heavily on email for communication and task tracking.

It would just be nice to have button so that I don't get an email every time I export a view to an excel sheet, as I do this fairly regularly and it's always done within a few seconds. I've checked in the email notification settings and with support and it is not currently an option, so I'm posting the request here.

Hello! We've got a team using clickup from a fully mobile standpoint. Everyone is getting bombarded with email notifications from activity within the app - is it possible to add a feature to adjust which notifications are accompanied by an email push within the mobile app settings?

Request to have the ability to edit/customize the subject and body of email notifications to include more detailed information like the Task Name and Description

Why does Clickup use this unconventional View link format in email notices? https://link-inbox.clickup.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fapp.clickup.com .... This prevents us Mac users from using the Finicky app to have these links open up directly in the speedy Clickup desktop app. If all the email links started with https://app.clickup.com it would work.

e.g. ability to display the due date in the email to prevent people having to jump into ClickUp to see when a task is due.

I'm requesting a new setting in the notifications section that excludes notifications for your own actions only. Of course it's helpful to be notified when another team member makes updates to a task that I'm a part of - but I don't need an email notification whenever I make an update myself (I already know that I did that). For example, creating a subtask and assigning it to myself, then receiving an email telling me that I was just assigned a task.

I could do with being able to mention people in the Notes Card or the Discussions Card. It is all well and good being able to notify people in a task comment but if you want to communicate on a whole project level there doesn't appear to be this option. See attached what I am trying to achieve.

Emails from ClickUp Notifications don’t group correctly into threads (especially in Apple Mail), because they’re missing In-Reply-To headers. Other threaded ticket systems (like this Canny feedback board or GitHub Issues) do that so you can get a better overview through emails. There is little info in the subject line of notifications sent by mail. Can the main task of the subtasks be added? So that our employees and customers can see at a glance what the notification is about. If you work with templates (for subtasks) all notifications are the same and you don't see in your mailbox a distinction about which main task this is specifically about. See example on picture. Where you can also see an example from Basecamp. They show the project name. We would like to see the maintask from ClickUp (those are our projects). Same for the notifications in inbox ClickUp. A little more attention could be paid to the breadcrumbs in ClickUp. Including the main task! After all, it is a main task.
