I really hate that I always have plenty of Company Logos within my task attachements. Please stop that.

Every email sent or received tends to create a new ticket, it would be very useful if it behaved by conversation like other email tools, otherwise it's very confusing.

Every time I send an email from the comments tab of the task, I have to manually : Come up with the email subject (usually copy-paste the task name) Add a link to the task in the text and provide some context; otherwise, it's not clear to the recipient what I'm talking about. Instead of doing it manually every time, I'd expect my comment to be wrapped into a professionally designed template, which would include the most important task properties, and clearly show that this is my comment to a specific task. I would also expect the subject to be prepopulated with the task name, for example, and be able to change it if necessary. P.S. I see it has already been suggested, but marked as "not on a roadmap" long ago :( https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/include-link-to-task-when-emailing-via-comments-area I believe this could be a great quick fix that would make this part of UX much better for both senders and recipients.

From support ticket: If you reply to an email in ClickUp (from say a client), the email isn’t threaded (on the client side), like you get in outlook. So the client doesn’t see the threaded email and be able to read and understand the full conversation. Without threaded email on the client side, it does not provide a good email experience. I feel it’s important.

From support ticket: Ability to 'Schedule Send' emails

We need an integration with proton business suite for their emails, calendar and drive. In that order of priority. We had to move to proton to be more secure and its really frustrating that they aren't supported in clickup. I've attempted to setup the IMAP/SMTP for email, but it keeps failing, even with using the proton mail bridge.

Please create an integration for Mac Mail to function like the one that exists for Outlook. Although I have Outlook, I honestly hate it and prefer to use Mac Mail. I have used MarketCircle's Daylite in the past and they have had this for years.
