We build customer dashboards for all of our projects. When I build the dashboard, I would like to be able to grant permissions to the intended recipient prior to their accepting the invitation so that when they join, they are ready to go. As it stands now, it only SEEMS like I can do this. It allows me to toggle on their permissions, but the permission disappears if they haven't accepted yet. Then, when they finally do accept the invitation - usually weeks after the dashboard is built and when they have urgent information to share - nothing works for them. I have to go in and reissue permission every time.

It would help if even on Dashboards, assignee colors remain consistent on the graphs and charts.

I want to build a dashboard based on the history of the task from the creation of it until the last change of it that is shown in the activity section in a task, also I want to filter tasks based on the activity of it

Possibility to show custom fields, to be able to view other fields of interest in projects.

It would be very useful and powerful to have something like Airtable Interface Designer https://www.airtable.com/platform/interface-designer to create custom dashboards from data. Thank you

Can you please fix your date format for dashboard CSV exports? For example, billable report exports output only the USA date format, which most people worldwide don't use. The date format should be the same as that of the PC running ClickUp.

I require a very simple implementation to be able to support this feature at the dashboard folder level. solution A: On bar charts, Add a toggle for display label group count. In the appended picture, I've set up a bar chart which uses Assignees ie: teams/vehicles on X axis and Task Number on Y axis. When I group Y axis by due date, the resulting groups define the amount of vehicle trips which were completed for that project. That total would be 12 while total number of tasks is 15. That is because the footing and layout teams completed multiple tasks on the same day... I believe solution A to be ideal as the development time is minimal and it doesn't undermine any current system and could be toggled by any user. solution B: give option to measure group number rather than task number in Y axis. The development time on this is so much steeper... solution C: grant calculations the ability to result a group and subgroup combination. This is again much more lead time and might be supported in the future. Regardless, solutions B and C can coexist with A in the long-term but solution is so much simpler.

Please add a “Time period” setting to the custom Pie Chart Dashboard Card, just like there are Time period settings throughout so many of the Dashboard Cards. I thought my ClickUp was broken because this is available on most of the Dashboard cards already and even the ClickUp Chatbot told me it exists. Without this setting, this card is essentially useless for anyone trying to view specific data on a smaller time scale without implementing complex Date-based custom fields throughout the entire system.

Is it possible to create combination charts? For example, to combine a bar chart with two columns of income/expenditure per product or a bar chart with a line chart. thanks

It would be great to be able to protect or unprotect individual cards/widgets on Dashboards, which overrides the general protection setting. This would be useful for Dashbaords that allow for some interaction, but where you don't want filters changed. E.g., You have 4 Task list cards you don't want to be edited, but you have a Note card that you want to be able to freely write in without having to unprotect the whole view.
